You may be wondering how we can make what seems to be a complicated process, turn out so simple? Well, the answer is simple. It's our level of communication and participation.


1) Connect.

After you've visited our site and learned how having a web presence can enhance or even save your business, connect with us by email, phone or live chat. Let us know that you're interested and we'll take it from there. We're here to answer any questions you may have and consult you in your investment.



2) Vision.

After the initial contact, next is our consultation session. This also can happen by telephone for convenience. Here you will speak with a site advisor in constructing the details and purpose of your site. This is what we like to call, the "Wish List" phase. The ideas and wishes are recorded and a path is made specifically for your business or idea.


3) Relay.

After consultation, . Our site advisor will relay the  information and ideas collected in the Vision phase to our designers and developers. The site advisor also will work closely with our Creative Director to ensure all aspects are covered and will also assist in managing your account.


4) Development.

Lets Play Ball! Here's where the fun begins! Our talented team of developers start molding your idea into a live web creation. Colors are chosen, layouts are brainstormed and a face to your site will be constructed. During this development, you will be provided with a unique Login and Password that is set to your account. This enables you to "peep through the window" and view your work in progress. Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed. You may email, call or utilize our Live Chat to do so.


5) Revision.

Reaching the final steps of your package, each client is presented with their custom site for a revision. At this point, any editing will be set or additions may also be made, if necessary. After the revision phase, the developers are given the "green light" to wrap it up and set for launch.


6) Finalization and Launch.

Ahh, the moment we've all be waiting for. The final touches are made and your site enters it's finalization stages. This also includes setting your site up for the web, including optimizing your images and streamlining your code for the most efficient load time. After optimization is complete, your site is uploaded and goes Live!
